Timberwalk

The neighbourhood of Timberwalk is a sprawling wooded condominium community of 54 acres in the City of Barrie, Ontario with a mix of townhouses, 8-plexes and apartment style units. Timberwalk is set up as 7 different condominium corporations with a total of 514 units. A Shared Committee, made up of one member from each individual corporation, oversees the grounds and all shared infrastructure.
